The aim of counselling is to support individuals in identifying their strengths, build resilience, and increase self-reflection, with the goal of promoting mental health and emotional wellbeing.

How we can help:

We use a person-centred approach with a focus on building safety and personal comfort. Counselling sessions are 50 minutes and offer a confidential environment to discuss past or current experiences, consider individual needs and support clients in understanding their perspectives and choices.
