The
aim of counselling is to support individuals in identifying their strengths, build
resilience, and increase self-reflection, with the goal of promoting mental health and
emotional wellbeing.
Indicators that
counselling could be beneficial:
If
you are feeling overwhelmed, panicked, stressed, worried, or isolated?
Or
do you notice changes in your mood, such as sadness or irritability, have
repetitive thoughts, difficulties with sleep, or trouble concentrating?
Counselling may be helpful for you…
