Therapist
I have been in
therapeutic practice for more than 30 years and my experience has taught me to
trust in the expertise of the individual sitting opposite. No one knows you
better than you! By working in a person-centred way, I am working in partnership
with you, the individual, to plan for your care and support. You, the client,
are at the centre of the care planning process and are in control of all
choices and decisions made about your life. I work to ensure your voice is being heard and
offer therapy as an opportunity to help you gain deeper insights into your
needs. This level of engagement ensures your treatment plan is supporting you
to progress and to help you find balance in the ups and downs of life. My counselling skills are underpinned by academic qualifications in health sciences, and my ability to build positive therapeutic relationships to best support your healing journey.
